VIA’s Performance Dashboard provides key metrics for service delivery categories consistent with industry best practices and with Federal Transit Administration required reporting. VIA’s ranking on four industry-wide measures are compared to eleven other U.S. transit agencies to provide useful insights about the quality of service and help identify both areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. Peers included here are the Texas metropolitan transit authorities and agencies with comparable operating bus statistics, and the data is obtained from the National Transit Database.
